I'd recommend reaching out at least 8-12 months ahead of your date if you want to lock things down, especially if you're planning a spring or fall wedding when everyone else is too! Peak season fills up fast, and I only take on a limited number of weddings each month because I want to give each couple my full attention.
That said, don't panic if your timeline is tighter - I've had couples book just a few months out and everything worked perfectly. Life happens, plans change, and sometimes the best things come together quickly! I always keep my calendar updated, so even if you're working with a shorter timeframe, definitely reach out. 

My typical delivery is around 75-90 photos per hour, but I don't get hung up on exact numbers because no two weddings are the same. It all depends on what you have happening, how much coverage you want, and those unscripted moments that make your day yours. Bottom line - you're getting all the best shots, and I'm not keeping any of the good ones from you!

For engagement sessions, portraits, and other general sessions, you'll have your full gallery within 2-3 weeks of our shoot date. I know waiting can feel like forever when you're excited to see how everything turned out!
Weddings are a bit different since there's just more detail to work through - you're looking at 4-6 weeks for your complete gallery. But here's the thing - I totally get that you'll be dying to see some photos right away! That's why I always send out a handful of sneak peeks within just a few days of your wedding. These are perfect for sharing the excitement on social media or just reliving those amazing moments while they're still fresh.
I promise the wait is worth it, and I'll keep you updated along the way so you know exactly where things stand. Plus, when that full gallery finally lands in your inbox, it's like getting to experience your wedding day all over again!

I'm based in Northern Utah, but honestly, I love any excuse to explore new places! I regularly shoot throughout Northern Utah without any travel fees because these are my home turf areas - I know all the best spots and hidden gems.
For destinations beyond that, I'm absolutely up for the adventure. Whether you're planning something in the mountains, by the beach, or even internationally, just know that I'm probably already excited about it! Travel fees would apply for locations outside my usual coverage area, but we can chat about all those details once I know where your heart is set on celebrating.

I offer flexible payment plans that allow you to split your total into smaller, manageable payments leading up to your wedding day. Most couples choose to pay a retainer to secure their date, with the remaining balance spread out in installments before the event.
